So, you’ve decided you are interested in buying a lodge in Wales but what are the next steps? How do you become a lodge owner at Red Kite?

To help you in your buying journey we’ve put together a simple guide to follow to become a lodge owner.

There’s no hard no sell, no pressure – just all the time you need to make the right decision for you and your family.

Step 1: It all starts with a visit!

The best way to decide if lodge ownership at Red Kite is for you is to come and see our tranquil park for yourself! On this no obligation visit we’ll give you a tour of our beautiful park, discuss your budget and requirements and then show you around some of luxury lodges for sale.

We also advise all potential owners to take some time to tour the local area and experience the natural beauty that’s all around.

Step 2: Choose your plot

We have a number of plots available to site your lodge. Some of our plots are already sited with a lodge to suit the plot. All plots benefit from a raised view looking out over the beautiful valley below, with plenty of space surrounding your lodge, with parking for 2 cars. All plots include connection to services including piped LPG and a fully reinforced concrete base.

Step 3: Choose your holiday home

If you have visited our park and feel it is right for you it’s now time to choose your holiday home. We have a range of lodges for sale, with prices from £134,995. Some holiday homes are already sited on a specific plot but you can of course choose to order a new holiday home and have this sited on a vacant plot, if one is available.

All our lodges offer the best luxury lodge lifestyle on the market and the holiday home you choose is often just down to personal preference. All holiday homes include wooden skirting, fresh water and foul drainage connection and WiFi.

Step 4: Financing your holiday lodge

Whether you’re a cash buyer or need to finance in order to purchase your lodge at our park, we’re here to offer you impartial advice and help you make the move as seamlessly as possible. Although we do not offer finance, we can put you in contact with companies within the industry that offer this service.

Step 5: Move in and enjoy!

Once the deal has been agreed you can start counting down the days until you can move in and enjoy the holiday home lifestyle, because we all know nothing beats that new holiday home feeling!
